Businesses are expected to converge on the Virginia Park precinct to get their hands on the only two industrial vacancies available in the area.
Colliers International’s Jonathan Mercuri and James Stott have been appointed to lease two office-warehouse facilities at 4 South Drive and 10 South Drive within the Virginia Park precinct in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
“Virginia Park is located 13km south east of the Melbourne CBD in a high profile location on East Boundary Road, between the major arterials of North Road and Centre Road,” Mr Mercuri said.
“It is home to a range of flexible office and warehouse space to cater to a wide range of business requirements, as well as an abundance of on-site amenity including child care, café and gym facilities.
“These properties represent the only industrial vacancies currently available within the Bentleigh area. We are currently attracting a variety of users including indoor sports centres, training facilities, corporate office/warehouse users and showroom/storage tenants."
4 South Drive comprises a 2,710.7sqm warehouse and 419sqm of office and amenities over two levels, while 10 South Drive incorporates 824sqm of warehouse space, 20sqm of amenities and 192sqm of mezzanine storage.
Mr Mercuri said both options offered ample on-site parking, room for container drop off and storage, male and female amenities, a kitchenette, lunch room, and partition and open plan office space.
Additional hardstand of 1,850sqm to the rear of 10 South Drive is also available, as is additional office space upon request.
