Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team has been awarded management of 14 logistic assets across five states, including Victoria, for 151 Property.
The portfolio, recently acquired from Goodman, is regarded as the highest quality available in the current property cycle. The sale was brokered by Colliers International’s Tony Iuliano, National Director of Industrial.
“This is a significant opportunity to expand our relationship with 151 Property in one of the fastest growing sectors in Australia,” Lisa Trigg, Colliers International State Product Director for Real Estate Management, said.
“We have subsequently recruited Steve Brookes, who will take on the role of National Portfolio Manager. Steve brings a unique skillset across both leasing and property management and will be based in the Colliers International Melbourne office."
Chris Callanan, who previously led Colliers International’s Facilities Management team in Victoria, has been promoted to Facilities Portfolio Manager. The business is currently recruiting to replace Chris’ role as Head of Engineering and Facilities Management in Victoria.
Daniel Shafferman, as National Director of Industrial, will assist with the overall portfolio strategy and guidance and continue to drive the Colliers International Industrial specialisation nationally.
The portfolio includes assets in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Canberra.
