ME gives Colliers International a perfect score

Colliers International is pleased to announce that in a recent Contract Performance Review by ME, its Portfolio and Transaction Management team has recorded a score of 100%.

The review, conducted through internal stakeholders on ME’s top 20 suppliers, was for the first six months of 2016.

Peter Evans, Colliers International National Director of Portfolio and Transaction Management, was delighted with the recent feedback. "We are thrilled with our recent service review score from ME," he said. "Our team works hard to deliver the highest level of service possible to all our clients. Special thanks to Jan Rosengren and Morgan Evans for their involvement in the ME portfolio."

Colliers International's Portfolio & Transaction Management team has provided portfolio management for the ME national portfolio for over three years, which includes ME's head office in the iconic Melbourne Central Tower covering 12,204sqm.

Since our appointment in February 2013, Colliers International has also provided ME with additional services to meet its property needs including Project Services, Workplace Strategy & Design and Facilities Management.

Doug Henry, Colliers International Managing Director of Occupier Services, said the recent results are a strong representation of the team's ability to deliver a high calibre of integrated services for occupiers.
