The lush landscaping extends to the perimeter of St. Boulevard, connecting with grand indoor spaces including a bar, lounge, cinema and dining room.

Residents would have exclusive access to a private dining room, wine bar, sunken fireplace, reading room, health club, theatre, state-of-the-art gymnasium, pool, sauna and steam room. Bookable spaces for entertaining would include three private dining rooms with full kitchens as well as a karaoke pod.

“St. Boulevard is positioned on Melbourne’s premier tree-lined boulevard, St Kilda Road, surrounded by parks and gardens, and leading directly into the CBD,” Mr Griffith said.

“This desirable location offers vistas over Fawkner Park, the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Melbourne skyline. Some residences to the west will overlook Albert Park Lake and beyond over Port Phillip Bay.

“St. Boulevard will place residents at the centre of a city brimming with world-class amenity. Public parks, hospitals, boundless entertainment options and the city’s most prestigious schools all lie within easy reach.

“Tranquil parks, high street shopping, café culture and the delights of the CBD lie just beyond the door and the sprawling green expanses and running tracks of Albert Park Lake, the Royal Botanic  Gardens and Fawkner Park are minutes away."

A range of one, two and three bedroom units will be available, with the majority being two bedroom. Prices will start from $431,000, with construction scheduled to commence later this year.
