Expressions of interest are now open for the newest addition to the Melbourne skyline – a distinctive 435-apartment development inspired by nature on St Kilda Road.
St. Boulevard, designed by Elenberg Fraser and being developed by The Shakespeare Group, 435-apartment project that seamlessly merges indoors and outdoors in a central, sought after location.
Colliers International has been appointed to market the project, which comprises three buildings ranging from between nine and 20 levels in height.
Brett Griffith, Colliers International Director of Residential, said St. Boulevard would be a distinctive addition to the St Kilda Road skyline, with a unique design inspired by nature.
The building would be characterised by a garden sanctuary on the ground floor – a space that was part botanic garden and part water garden with spaces for swimming, entertaining and barbecuing, or simply relaxing surrounded by greenery.
The lush landscaping extends to the perimeter of St. Boulevard, connecting with grand indoor spaces including a bar, lounge, cinema and dining room.
Residents would have exclusive access to a private dining room, wine bar, sunken fireplace, reading room, health club, theatre, state-of-the-art gymnasium, pool, sauna and steam room. Bookable spaces for entertaining would include three private dining rooms with full kitchens as well as a karaoke pod.
“St. Boulevard is positioned on Melbourne’s premier tree-lined boulevard, St Kilda Road, surrounded by parks and gardens, and leading directly into the CBD,” Mr Griffith said.
“This desirable location offers vistas over Fawkner Park, the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Melbourne skyline. Some residences to the west will overlook Albert Park Lake and beyond over Port Phillip Bay.
“St. Boulevard will place residents at the centre of a city brimming with world-class amenity. Public parks, hospitals, boundless entertainment options and the city’s most prestigious schools all lie within easy reach.
“Tranquil parks, high street shopping, café culture and the delights of the CBD lie just beyond the door and the sprawling green expanses and running tracks of Albert Park Lake, the Royal Botanic Gardens and Fawkner Park are minutes away."
A range of one, two and three bedroom units will be available, with the majority being two bedroom. Prices will start from $431,000, with construction scheduled to commence later this year.
