Colliers International have recently completed its third annual Office Outlook: An Australian Perspective seminar with presentations held in Singapore and Hong Kong.
In conjunction with CLSA and the support of Schiavello, this thought-leadership seminar is an informative overview of the Australian Office Market and AREIT sector. This event is designed to provide valuable insight and information to the audience that includes investors in the Australian market as well as corporate occupiers.
The Colliers International Office Leasing team of Jock Gilchrist, National Director (Sydney), Andrew Beasley, National Director (Melbourne) and Matt Kearney, National Director (Brisbane) provided a comprehensive overview of their respective markets, outlining current market conditions and occupier trends and how these are expected to evolve over the next 12 months. This detailed insight was well received by the audience, who also heard from Colliers International’s Luke Dixon, Director, Research with his views on the Australian economy in relation to the property market and CLSA’s Sholto Maconochie with regard to the AREIT sector and his take on the major owners in the Australian office market.
