Nearly 1000sqm of office space at the West Perth building at 18 Richardson Street has been leased in three tenancies negotiated by Colliers International’s Dustin May.
Mr May said the three leases had a total area of 992sqm and filled the remaining two floors of vacant space in the building.
“With discounted parking and easy access to the CAT Bus and Hay Street’s café strip, there was an encouraging level of interest in this building,” Mr May said.
“Office fit-outs that allowed tenants to settle in quickly was also an important factor in the relocation decisions.”
According to the Property Council, West Perth’s office market has a vacancy of 14.8 per cent.
