Riverlee meets market demand with small suite strategy

A targeted strategy to appeal to small suite tenants has seen Riverlee secure two strong leases in quick succession at 379 Collins Street.

In deals brokered by Colliers International’s Milly Stockdale, Akambo Private Wealth and Resicom will move to fully refurbished space at 379 Collins Street.

Akambo Private Wealth will occupy 300sqm for six years and Resicom has leased 274sqm for five years, both on Level 14 of the 19-storey building.

“Level 14 is a newly refurbished floor that has been sub-divided to meet strong demand,” Ms Stockdale said.

“As demand continues to be strong within the sub-300sqm market, Riverlee capitalised on the opportunity to subdivide the floor to accommodate both tenants’ requirements.

“Both transactions were negotiated by with limited downtime and high face rentals. Ms Stockdale said Akambo and Resicom were also attracted to the sought after central Collins Street location, natural light and views on offer.

Colliers International’s Adam Davy and Adam Shirley are also appointed as leasing agents at 379 Collins Street alongside Ms Stockdale.

“Riverlee is also undertaking significant refurbishment works to the ground floor lobby and lift lobbies, which were integral in securing both tenants,” they said.
