Limited industrial stock for sale in Melbourne’s northern market is expected to drive strong demand for the remaining office-warehouse facilities within the tightly held Northcorp Estate.
Colliers International’s Marco Sandrin and Brent Glassford have been appointed to sell or lease the facilities, which range from 2,894-6,050sqm.
Each facility comprised two levels of well-appointed office space with amenities, clearspan warehousing and multiple roller doors.
