Colliers International’s Office Leasing and Industrial teams have joined forces to secure a second major high tech office-warehouse premises for TTI.
TTI is a leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of power tools, outdoor power equipment, and floor care and appliances for consumers, professional and industrial users in the home improvement, repair and construction industries.
In 2014, Colliers International’s Sasan Misaghian and Michael Darvell assisted TTI in leasing 2457sqm at 31 Gilby Road in Mt Waverly to accommodate an expansion from the company’s former Doncaster premises.
“TTI’s business has incurred a lot of growth due to the demand for its products. With its market dominance on the rise, the company needed more space for growth,” Mr Misaghian said. “Mt Waverley offered a central location that was close to the Monash Freeway and the estate itself, Axxess Corporate Park, offered good amenity for staff."
Since this move, TTI has continued to grow and in late 2015 contacted Colliers International to again assist with a relocation.
Mr Darvell and Mr Misaghian collaborated once more to assist TTI in leasing a 3,144qm office/warehouse at 21 Kelletts Road in Rowville on a five-year lease. This space is in addition to the company’s existing facilities in Mt Waverley.
“Being close to Eastlink and in a central location for all staff made this an attractive property for TTI,” Mr Darvell said. “It also offered modern facilities and fit out and provided good car parking.
“These were important considerations for TTI in choosing a new head office and a service centre.”
