Colliers International continues to expand its Residential Development Sites team in Melbourne two key new appointments to kick off 2016.
Colliers International has promoted Hamish Burgess to the position of Associate Director of Development Sites based within the Melbourne Residential team.
Mr Burgess joined Colliers International in 2011 in the Investment Services team, where he had a broad role including retail and commercial investment property and development sites between $1-$25million.
“Hamish will focus on development sites sales in the Melbourne metropolitan market, specializing in the sale of apartment and townhouse sites,” Trent Hobart, Collliers International Director of Development Site Sales, said.
Mr Burgess holds a Bachelor of Applied Science – Property degree from RMIT University and has been working in the property industry for more than 10 years. He joins the Residential Development Sites team at Colliers International alongside Mr Hobart, Bryson Cameron and Callum Williamson.
Mr Williamson has joined the team as an analyst following a stint at Equity Trustees, where he worked in the corporate trustee division with exposure to managed funds and asset management. He studied Economics & Finance at RMIT University.
