Real Estate Management team welcomes experienced new operators
Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team in Melbourne has welcomed two experienced new Facilities Managers.
Michelle Stone and Jenna Makey have joined Colliers International’s Melbourne East office, based in Clayton.
Lisa Trigg, Colliers International Director of Real Estate Management, said Ms Stone and Ms Makey brought with them a wealth of knowledge and experience.
“Both Michelle and Jenna join us with strong technical knowledge and significant experience within the industry across a range of asset classes and markets,” Ms Trigg said. “We are thrilled to welcome them to our growing team."
Ms Stone joins Colliers International following previous roles as Facility Manager of Caulfield, Sandown and Mornington racecourses; Facility Manager and ESM Compliance Manager for Cameron Industrial and Commercial and Facilities and Contract Manager for Reliance Petroleum (BP).
“Michelle has worked across both Property Management and Facilities Management on both the occupier and landlord sides and has an extensive technical background which has seen her managing large scale projects and multiple sites both in state-based roles and across national portfolios,” Ms Trigg said.
Ms Makey joins Colliers International from IAG Group, where she managed the company’s Victorian sites across Burwood East, Essendon, Mulgrave and Tullamarine.
“Jenna is experienced across all planned and reactive maintenance scheduling and completion, risk mitigation, capital works recommendations and programming, budget management and reporting along with diligent contractor management,” Ms Trigg said.
