Colliers International, Savills Hotels appointed to sell modern boutique hotel north-east of Melbourne

Colliers International and Savills Hotels have been appointed to offer an opportunity to acquire Vibe Marysville a new, modern hotel with extensive facilities nestled amongst a range of popular Victorian tourist destinations.

Colliers International’s Stephen Burt and Guy Wells, in conjunction with Michael Simpson and Nic Simarro of Savills Hotels, have been appointed to sell the Vibe Hotel at 32-42 Murchison Street in Marysville.

Located 90 minutes’ drive from the Melbourne CBD, the Vibe Marysville services not only local visitors but those travelling to popular nearby destinations including the Yarra Valley, Healesville and Lake Mountain.

In addition, the State Government had demonstrated its support for the hotel and the township by delivering substantial MICE business to the hotel since its opening.  The following Local and State Government organisations have all held conferences at the hotel: Department of Environment Land Water and Planning, Ambulance Victoria, Murrindindi Shire Council, VicRoads, Country Fire Authority, Outlook Victoria, Department of Premier & Cabinet, Victoria Police and Parks Victoria.

The development of the hotel reflects a successful joint venture project which has helped drive economic activity in the town of Marysville and surrounding Murrindindi Shire. Since its opening, the hotel has become the focal point of the town with its ability to draw in visitors to experience Marysville and its wonderful surrounds while accommodated within a first class hotel.
