Colliers International lists level three at 60 Hindmarsh Square for lease

Colliers International’s Jon Cranna has been appointed to lease level three at 60 Hindmarsh Square, which has an asking rent of $360 per sqm per annum gross plus GST. Eight car spaces come with the tenancy at $275 per calendar month per space and more can be provided upon request.
Mr Cranna said the prime-located office building was in a tightly held area, within walking distance of all CBD benefits.
“If there is Nirvana in the office accommodation world, then the Citicom precinct, just east of Hindmarsh Square, would come close,” he said.
“60 Hindmarsh Square is right in the middle of this leafy campus office development, which tenants value for the seclusion of its garden setting and the convenience of onsite carparking.”
Level three of the building has most recently been occupied by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Since the bank’s departure, the property’s owner has conducted an extensive refurbishment, with upgrades to the bathrooms, fresh carpet, damage repairs and new décor.
“Level three is some 803 square metres in total, with windows on all four sides providing plenty of natural light, plus balconies in each corner to overlook the gardens,” Mr Cranna said.
Mr Cranna said level three offered a blank canvas for prospective tenants.
