Workplace Management Services at Colliers International has continued to grow nationally via expansion into the Melbourne and Brisbane markets and have simultaneously been appointed to deliver Workplace Management and Front of House services to a key institutional client at 150 Collins Street, Melbourne and 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane.
The expansion of Colliers Workplace Management Services division comes at a time when occupiers and landlords alike are understanding the value that implementing a service centric workplace services model adds to an organisation. Supporting both internal and external guests (employees and clients), workplace models are changing steadily to incorporate the experience of all stakeholders in the workplace.
James Armstrong, Head of Workplace Management Services believes an increasing number of occupiers, and landlords alike, are striving to provide high performing environments that create a sense of community, place and purpose. In doing so, these organisations need to have a model and service first approach that supports their ability to deliver efficiency to both employees and clients.
“Workplaces that offer flexible spaces and options that cater for the work you are performing at that moment in time is critical. These spaces require careful planning, design and people engagement to be successful” said James Armstrong.
“Workplace Management Services provides the daily monitoring of people behaviours, utilisation data and curation of the space to ensure the design intent is upheld. Adjustments can be made swiftly and proactively to ensure that both the business and people needs remain current and aligned.”
Workplace Management Services currently provide their expertise to some of the largest corporation’s around Australia including finance and banking organisations, property organisations and professional services.
“Our Workplace Management Services team ensures that from the minute clients and employees enter your workplace, or building, their needs are anticipated. We know what our guests need before they do, allowing us to operate the space with maximum efficiency and productivity whilst delivering memorable experiences” said Doug Henry, Managing Director of Occupier Services at Colliers International.
The new appointment, effective now, will result in further expansion in 2017 to the existing team in Melbourne and Brisbane, followed by Perth and Adelaide.
