Workplace Management Services continues national growth

Workplace Management Services at Colliers International has continued to grow nationally via expansion into the Melbourne and Brisbane markets and have simultaneously been appointed to deliver Workplace Management and Front of House services to a key institutional client at 150 Collins Street, Melbourne and 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

The expansion of Colliers Workplace Management Services division comes at a time when occupiers and landlords alike are understanding the value that implementing a service centric workplace services model adds to an organisation. Supporting both internal and external guests (employees and clients), workplace models are changing steadily to incorporate the experience of all stakeholders in the workplace.

James Armstrong, Head of Workplace Management Services believes an increasing number of occupiers, and landlords alike, are striving to provide high performing environments that create a sense of community, place and purpose. In doing so, these organisations need to have a model and service first approach that supports their ability to deliver efficiency to both employees and clients.
