Colliers International sells Adelaide office/warehouse for $1.85million

Leading IT industry participant APCD has purchased a 2,065sqm office/warehouse in Albert Park, north west of the Adelaide CBD, for $1.85million.

Colliers International’s Jay Nash brokered the deal on behalf of Jacobus Nominees, achieving a building rate of circa $900 per sqm.

Mr Nash said the buyer was attracted to the site for its main road exposure and central location between the Adelaide Airport and CBD.

“The property comprised showroom space, an office of 300sqm and a high-clearance warehouse of 1,756sqm, with dual automated roller doors and existing pallet racking,” he said.

“The purchaser was able to commence operating immediately, without making any significant changes to the existing improvements.”
