Café operator Bon will open its fourth Melbourne CBD shopfront after securing new premises at 422 Collins Street.
Colliers International retail leasing specialists Brigitte Doupe, Cam Taranto and Jarrod Herscu have negotiated a new five-year deal that will see Bon occupy 62sqm previously occupied by Flight Centre at Shop 1, 422 Collins Street. The deal was negotiated at a rate between $2,200 to $2,400 per sqm.
“The western precinct of Collins Street continues to attract high calibre tenants with retailers recognising the huge growth, both residential and office, in the area,” Ms Doupe said. “This demand continues to positively drive rents as the area is highly sought after by retailers.”
