Brad Evans joins Colliers International’s Consultancy business

Senior planning specialist to be based in Melbourne office.

Colliers International is pleased to welcome Brad Evans as Director in its Consultancy business, bringing two decades of planning experience most recently with Walker Corporation.

“I’m delighted that Brad has joined Colliers International, bolstering our team with a wealth of planning experience at a senior level,” said Andrew Graham, National Director, Consultancy at Colliers International.

“He has worked across the private development sector, local government and consultancy and is an expert in regulatory and planning approvals processes.

“Our clients will benefit enormously from his extensive knowledge gained in the public and private sectors.”

Mr Evans comes to Colliers from Walker Corporation where he worked for a decade, managing all regulatory and planning approvals as well as government related matters for the company’s developments in Victoria, ACT and South Australia. 

He has worked on some of the most high-profile and critical projects in Australia’s south-east including Collins Square, Point Cook Town Centre, the former Kew Cottage site in Victoria and Northbourne Square in the ACT.

Mr Evans completed a Bachelor of Arts (Urban Studies) at the Victoria University of Technology and is a Member of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association and Planning Institute of Australia.
