Combat Clothing Consolidates

Long-time local businessman Stuart Bruce is cutting ties with the headquarters of Combat Clothing and Ron Bruce Motor Trimming after a 19 year association with 8-10 Windmill Street Southport.

The property is being marketed by Steve Clark, Kyle Youngson and Marlon Crawford of Colliers International.

Constructed in 1998, the building sits on 1,213m² of land within Precinct 1 of the Southport PDA.

Marlon Crawford said “the building has been engineered to go to 14 storeys which would be allowable under the PDA”

The ground floor is approx. 822m² of showroom/warehouse with 25 undercover car parks and the first floor is also 822m² which combines corporate office and showroom/warehousing area which could be converted to office or other uses.

Kyle Youngson said ‘this could be an ideal headquarters for an owner occupier and suitable for conversion in the future”

Steve Clark said ‘this is a great opportunity, the sellers are consolidating their businesses to another property in Davenport Street and this property will be surplus to their requirements. The sellers are eager to sell at or before auction.”

The property is being sold by Public Auction at the Colliers International Gold Coast office in Surfers Paradise, 11am Tuesday 15th August.
