Final chance to buy into Peregian Breeze

Construction of 60 homesites in the final stage at Peregian Breeze is now complete with the registration of new titles about to be released.

Since its launch in May this year, 70 per cent of the stage has been sold with remaining sites priced from $305,000 to $430,000 and ranging in size from 375sqm to 700sqm.

House and land packages are also available and start from as low as $550,000 for a four bedroom, two bathroom and two car garage quality built home.
