Hewlett Packard Enterprise has selected Zupp Property Group’s commercial office at 338 Turbot Street in Spring Hill.
Colliers International’s Bo Veivers and CBRE’s Sam Mountford brokered the five year lease deal for 350sqm across the entire level 1 at $525sqm per square metre gross.
“The deal included four car parks and had an existing modern fitout in place. Proximity to CBD and Central station was another appealing factor to HP,” Mr Veivers said.
