One of the most recognised industrial corners in Bayswater is set to go under the hammer for the first time in more than 40 years.
Colliers International’s Richard Wilkinson and Jonathan Mercuri have been appointed to sell 803 Mountain Highway in Bayswater by public auction on Thursday November 2 at 1pm.
“This is the first time 803 Mountain Highway, Bayswater has been offered publicly in over 40 years and represents a rare development opportunity in an already land-starved market,” Mr Wilkinson said.
“Previously utilised as an old wine saloon by the current owners, the 4,827sqm Industrial 1-zoned site is largely vacant and developable, providing buyers with an exciting and flexible blank canvass."
Located in the heart of Bayswater, just a few minutes’ walk to the newly developed Bayswater train station overpass and town centre, the site has unrivalled exposure and dual corner frontage.
“The property has attracted a range of interest from showroom users, retail operators and even petrol stations occupiers given it offers a high volume of traffic flow,” Mr Mercuri said.
