The industrial property at 73 Division Street in Welshpool has gone on the market with an asking price of $1.9 million plus GST.
The vacant property occupies a 3457sqm site next to the intersection of Orrong Road and Leach Highway, two of the main access roads in Perth’s eastern industrial area.
It will be sold by Colliers International agent’s Jeremy Parasiliti and Martin Vogt who said the privately-owned property had been priced to sell.
