IT company signs up for 930sqm office at 140 William Street

Zetta Group secures prime CBD space previously occupied by City of Perth Library.

IT company Zetta Group capped off 2016 with the signing of a lease for a 930sqm office in the A-grade office tower one40william.

The deal was negotiated by Colliers International Associate Director Office Leasing Daniel Taylor who said Zetta would be relocating in the next few months to the building’s mezzanine level which was previously occupied by the City of Perth Library.

“Although there is an abundance of office space to choose from in the market, Zetta was looking for a large, open-plan office that was not designed around a lift core and moved quickly to secure this non-conventional tenancy,” Mr Taylor said.

“The layout at one40William, which is owned by Cbus Property, provides Zetta with a unique office directly above one of the city’s main retail and transport hubs.”

The north facing office overlooks the renovated Globe Hotel and the retail laneways at the base of the tower are also part of the main pedestrian thoroughfares to the Perth train station, Forrest Place, William Street, Murray Street mall and Wellington Street.

The City of Perth Library relocated to its new building at 573 Hay Street in the new Cathedral + Treasury Precinct in 2016.
