Colliers International takes prime Kewdale industrial property to market

Strong response expected from industrial users looking for workshops under $2 million.

A modern workshop on the edge of Kewdale’s industrial area has gone on the market with an asking price of $1.55 million plus GST.

Colliers International Martin Vogt said the 1906sqm property at 165 Chisholm Crescent included a 678sqm workshop and a 92sqm office and was in a sought-after Kewdale pocket where values for smaller land parcels have held firm at around $540/sqm.

“This workshop is just minutes from Roe Highway’s access ramps and the Kewdale Freight Terminal and is tenanted to an engineering business that is expanding and will be relocating to a nearby warehouse in April,” Mr Vogt said.
