Colliers International finalises sale of 7,230sqm vertical aged care development site in Golden Grove
Colliers International has finalised the sale of a 7,230sqm vertical aged care development site within a master-planned healthcare precinct in the Adelaide suburb of Golden Grove.
Director of Transaction Services for the Healthcare & Retirement Living product line, Justin Hazell, negotiated the terms on behalf of DBRB Investments.
“The site has recently been approved for a vertical aged care facility, which is to be co-located with childcare, a specialist medical centre and a vertical retirement village within the immediate precinct,” Mr Hazell said.
“Planning approval for the childcare centre is expected shortly, with Colliers International currently working on the specialist medical centre and vertical retirement village components.”
DBRB Investments’ director David Fitch provided an outstanding testimonial for Colliers International, saying the knowledge and market connectivity Mr Hazell had demonstrated was “exceptional”.
“The transaction has initiated a very significant, innovative and leading-edge aged care development that will underpin the establishment of an integrated healthcare precinct with an estimated value approaching $100million,” he said.
“The knowledge and market connectivity demonstrated by Justin was exceptional. His responsiveness and unwavering focus on successfully delivering the transaction thus far surpassed our expectations and we are delighted with the result.”
