Victorian business’ REM division welcomes new state director
Colliers International’s Victorian Real Estate Management division has experienced significant recent growth, doubling its business in the past 12 months.
David Kollias is the latest recruit, joining Colliers International from CBRE and bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
REM managing director Denis Coupland said his product line was pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kollias on the back of its 2016 successes.
“David is an outstanding real estate executive with strong leadership credentials, proven success in the Melbourne property market and a balance of retail and commercial capability,” he said.
“Most importantly, he is attuned to the demands of major private investors, syndicates and institutional owners.
“David will continue our strong growth in the Victorian REM business, taking us into the next phase.”
Mr Kollias joins Colliers International following nine years with CBRE and extensive experience with United Group Global Services and Global Property Solutions, a joint venture between JLL and Spotless, where he worked on high-profile accounts such as NAB and ANZ.
“I’m looking forward to working with a global company that has a strong focus on its clients and is committed to developing its people,” he said.
“The recent growth of the Real Estate Management business will give me the opportunity to work with top-tier clients.”
