Colliers International’s Melbourne CBD Occupier Services division welcomes new associate director
Colliers International’s Project Services team, a division of the Occupier Services product line, has recently appointed a new associate director, Rachel Otto, who has more than 10 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
Ms Otto commenced her career with a global engineering, designing and planning firm, starting in Melbourne before transferring to the New York branch. She joins Colliers International from a renowned Melbourne-based project management consultancy firm.
While there, her focus was on the delivery of significant workplace accommodation projects and base-building construction and refurbishment works, including a 6000sqm workplace for Aesop, a 2,250sqm integrated fitout for Charter Hall worth $10million, various tenancy fitouts for Monash University worth $20million, and a $13million primary school and early learning centre for the state government.
Head of Project Services for Colliers International, Rebecca Pelling, said Occupier Services was pleased to welcome a new associate director.
“We value Rachel’s strong client focus and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels,” Ms Pelling said.
“She is driven to ensure there is no disruption to her clients’ businesses, making sure that the project brief is not only met but exceeded.”
Ms Otto said she was “thrilled” to join Colliers International as a project manager.
“I’m excited to help Project Services continue to build its presence across the Melbourne markets,” she said.
“The team has a strong background in office fitouts so I’m looking forward to drawing on my own experiences to work on projects for our high-profile clients in the professional services sector.”
