Colliers International sells 1,200sqm office warehouse in Williamstown North for $1.5 million, one week after initial site inspection
Colliers International’s Ashley McIntyre and Charlie Woodley have sold a 1,200sqm office warehouse in Williamstown North to City Circle Group for $1.5million, just one week after initially visiting the site.
Ms McIntyre leveraged her local connections to arrange a meeting with the owner in February. Working closely with Mr Woodley, who already had a potential buyer in City Circle Group, the pair recognised the property would suit the client’s requirements and arranged an inspection just three days after the initial meeting with the vendor.
After another three days, City Circle Group made an unconditional offer at the asking price of $1.5million with a short settlement term, which the vendor accepted.
“Williamstown North has always been popular with owner-occupiers,” Ms McIntyre said. “The suburb continues to have one of the higher sale rates for secondary stock in Melbourne’s west.
“When we visited the site, we immediately knew that City Circle Group would be interested so we were able to put the deal together in a short period of time, making for a happy vendor and purchaser.”
Mr Woodley has been working with City Circle Group for some time and has visited several sites on its behalf.
“Williamstown North was a strategic location that my client wanted to break in to, and offering plenty of hardstand and side roller-door access, the site was ideal for its needs.”
