Colliers International’s Victoria-based Real Estate Management division welcomes new engineering and operations manager and new senior property manager
Colliers International’s Victoria-based Real Estate Management division has experienced significant recent growth, doubling its business in the past 12 months.
Two senior recruits bolstered the team in March, with the appointment of a new state engineering and operations manager, Dev Dulai, and a new senior property manager, Tarone Smith.
Mr Dulai started his property career in Leeds, England, in 2004 and has since lead a number of key roles within the facilities management sector, most recently with JLL and ENGIE Services.
Mr Smith brings more than 12 years in the property industry to Colliers International. He has spent the past four years at Knight Frank as a senior property manager, where he managed a portfolio of city and suburban assets, including offices, shopping centres and industrial facilities.
