Several new pad site offerings are up for grabs for retailers to join a popular shopping centre in Melbourne’s booming west corridor.
Colliers International’s Bernie Canning and Daniel Ryan are now seeking a range of tenants for multiple pad site opportunities for lease at the established Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre.
Leasing opportunities are available for fast food, day care centre, education, medical and allied health usages, fitness centre and general retail tenants.
