Smoke Alarm Solutions has signed a new seven year lease for 1,000sqm of ground floor office space within the business park precinct of 39 Navigator Place in Hendra.
Bo Veivers and Brian Riches of Colliers International negotiated the lease at $340 per square metre gross. Jay Whatley from McGees Property represented the landlord in the negotiations.
“Smoke Alarm Solutions are expanding their business and were looking for a suitable corporate space for several months. They are relocating from approximately 800sqm of sublease space in Eagle Farm,” Mr Veivers said.
“They were also keen on the location which is within close proximity to the Gateway Arterial, Brisbane Airport and only 8km to the CBD. The property features plenty of car parks and is located close to Nudgee Road. They will be moving in November after their custom fitout is complete.
“Good quality office space of this size is in short supply in the area, apart from the brand new office parks in Hamilton Northshore and Brisbane Airport precincts.”
