South Yarra office space snapped up three months after successful Poly Southlink suite strategy

Office suites in South Yarra have been snapped up in just three months following a successful suite strategy implemented by Poly Southlink.

A mixed-use development at 3-9 Claremont Street, known as Claremont Manor, comprises 257 apartments, plus 1,000sqm of office and 900sqm of retail on the ground floor.

Two floors measuring 500sqm each were transformed into modern fitted office suites ranging from 111sqm to 151sqm, allowing Colliers International’s Ash Dean and Chris Meehan to secure a range of emerging businesses to fill the space.

“By finding multiple tenants to fill 1000sqm of office space, the commercial aspect of the property is now 100 per cent leased ahead of schedule,” Mr Dean said.

Claremont Manor provides the office tenants with access to the residential amenities, which include a 25-metre lap pool, gym, sauna and media room.
