Tarneit Central opens with a bang in Melbourne’s growth corridor

15,000 people swarmed through the doors at Tarneit Central on the first day of trading this month, exceeding all expectations.

Colliers International’s Victorian Retail Project Leasing team has helped Ranfurlie Developments secure a strategic and sought after tenancy mix that has attracted local residents in droves in the centre’s first weeks of operation.

The new 26,000sqm sub-regional centre is anchored by a full-line Coles, Kmart, Aldi and Harris Scarfe, alongside approximately 40 speciality retailers.

The project represents Stage 1 of a multi-staged town centre development in this fast-growing western corridor of Melbourne, located 25km west of Melbourne's CBD in the City of Wyndham.
