Colliers International appointed to value one of Australia’s largest vertically integrated ASX-listed forestry companies
Colliers International has been appointed to value one of Australia’s largest vertically integrated ASX-listed forestry companies, Midway Plantations.
Head of Rural & Agribusiness, Shane McIntyre, referred the Rural & Agribusiness Valuation team to pitch for the appointment, demonstrating again that collaboration is key to the greater company's success.
Midway Plantations’ land estate comprises about 17,000 hectares across 64 sites in Victoria, plus an 18-hectare ship-loading facility at North Shore in Geelong.
“Colliers International Valuation’s team was selected though a competitive tender process,” Rural & Agribusiness Valuation director, Nick Cranna, said.
“We’re proud to work with Midway to assist its financial reporting requirements.”
