Albany Highway address and lease to bike retailer to attract investors.

A leased commercial property at the city end of Albany Highway in Victoria Park has gone to market through Colliers International.

Selling agent Aaron Antonas said the free standing property was on a 354sqm green title block of land and was leased to popular bike retailer Highway Cycles, with a new three-year lease in place.

“With the merge point of Albany Highway and Shepperton Road on its doorstep, this property has good exposure to traffic flowing in and out of Perth’s CBD and is also close to the bike paths along the Swan River,” Mr Antonas said.

“Victoria Park’s café strip is a short walk from the property and bus connections are also nearby with the Victoria Park Transfer Station less than 200 metres away.

Mr Antonas said the property had net annual rental income of $32,727 and a rooftop billboard generated additional annual income of $24,900.

“The strong demand for leased commercial property will ensure investor interest in this sale,” Mr Antonas said.

The property at 99 Albany Highway Victoria Park will be sold by private treaty.
