OTR Tyres pay $2.845 million for Bellevue property, east of Perth

A WA tyre fitting company has paid $2.845 million for a 1.2ha industrial property in Bellevue, east of Perth.

The sale of 113 Clayton Street was negotiated by Colliers International’s Martin Vogt who said the transaction was a good example of the confidence that was starting to return to Perth’s industrial property market.

“In recent months there has been an increase in interest from owner occupiers and they are seeking industrial assets with functional improvements that can easily be adapted to their businesses,” Mr Vogt said.

“This general industrial-zoned site included 4,200sqm of improvements and featured dual access, good laydown and room for vehicle reticulation around the site.”

The transaction represents a land value of $232/sqm.

OTR Tyres will be relocating to the Clayton Road site from a nearby Bellevue property.

“Most of the industrial land in Bellevue is located on the western side of Clayton Street but this was quite a unique site located in a small industrial pocket east of Roe Highway,” Mr Vogt said.
