Melbourne team boosted with key new appointments
Colliers International has bolstered its Capital Markets team in Melbourne with the appointment of experienced property professionals Trent Preece and Anna Cavar.
Mr Preece and Ms Cavar join Colliers International in the roles of Director and Associate Director of Capital Markets, respectively.
“Trent and Anna join us from Savills having worked together providing valuation and investment advice on major Melbourne CBD and metropolitan office assets for a range of local and offshore listed real estate investment trusts, wholesale investment funds and superannuation and sovereign wealth funds,” John Marasco, Colliers International Managing Director of Capital Markets, said.
“In 2017, Trent and Anna valued over $10billion in office assets including Rialto Towers and bring significant transaction experience having advised purchasers on $4billion in acquisitions over the past two years.
“Trent comes with more than ten years’ experience in property and is an expert in the Melbourne CBD and metropolitan office markets, while Anna comes with more than five years’ experience and is highly regarded for her technical expertise."
Mr Preece has worked on major CBD and metropolitan assets such as 1-21 Dean Street in Moonee Ponds on behalf of Charter Hall.
“Trent and Anna’s role will see them work closely with the broader Capital Markets team to grow our business and implement other corporate development opportunities and best practice initiatives,” Mr Marasco said.
