Colliers International has completed the leasing campaign for the office component of a mixed-use, city fringe building with government aligned organisations taking up the last two vacancies.
The final contracts for the building at 297 Vincent Street in Leederville were negotiated by Colliers International’s Antonio Trimboli who leased 202sqm to Australian employment and training operator MEGT and 360sqm to injury prevention and community safety organisation, the Injury Control Council of WA.
Mr Trimboli said the building’s remaining vacant floor was divided to accommodate smaller tenants and fitouts were provided as incentives.
“This is another example where providing fitouts as part of the incentive continues to garner strong results for lessors,” Mr Trimboli said.
“This modern building offers high quality office space and basement parking in Leederville’s town centre.
“As well as being just a short walk from a plethora of food and beverage providers, it is well connected to the CBD via the Leederville train station and freeway access.”
The building overlooks Leederville Oval and is next to a public carpark which has walkway access to Oxford Street’s café strip.
