Office-warehouse south of Perth sells for $1.38 million
Colliers International negotiates sale of modern Henderson industrial property
A modern office-warehouse in the Australian Marine Complex south of Perth has sold for $1.38 million.
The sale of the property at 50 Zedora Turn in Henderson was overseen by Colliers International’s Greg O’Meara who said the AMC’s special designation for defence and marine operations made it a popular location for businesses servicing some of WA’s biggest industries.
The buyer was Australian company OLEOLOGY, which provides removal solutions for oil, hydrocarbon, organics and heavy metals for industries that need to recycle and decontaminate water to safe dischargeable levels.
The five-year-old building occupies a 2,502sqm site and was constructed by its previous owner, the Kulin Group.
The property has a 1,075sqm workshop, a two-storey 380sqm office, solar energy and rain water tanks.
Mr O’Meara said there had been a steady increase in owner-occupiers entering Perth’s industrial real estate market.
“Businesses that are confident about their outlook are taking advantage of low interest rates and market conditions to purchase their own industrial premises,” he said.
