Clarence joined the Asia Markets team at Colliers International as part of the wider Investment Services Division as a Senior Executive, based out of Western Sydney. He specialises in the divestment of commercial assets as well as residential development sites in Sydney’s Inner West and North West region. Being part of the sales team, he has intricate knowledge of the current market conditions and trends, as well as the ability to assess properties for their intrinsic value and its potential future value.
Clarence previously worked for both the Metropolitan Sales team as well as the Residential Project Marketing within Knight Frank for two years, where he built a solid foundation of research, analytical and sales skills pertaining to the Residential market across Metropolitan Sydney. Leveraging off of his previous 7 years’ experience in the Investment Banking sector as both an Analyst and Portfolio Manager, Clarence’s strong understanding in both the Commercial Real Estate and Finance sectors enables him to immediately add value for his clients.
Being fluent in both English and Cantonese, Clarence is able to forge relationships with Asian clients and effectively bridge the gap between Asia and the Australian property market. In addition, he also prides himself on possessing a high attention to detail, the constant strive to exceed expectations as well as maintain client relationships.
