Erwin has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry with involvement in an extensive cross section of work including property consultancy, valuations, property research, land sales, acquisitions and business development. This included 7 years in commercial agency with Jones Lang La Salle and Colliers International.
Erwin rejoined Colliers International from government land development body LandCorp, after four years in the agency’s Business Development and Acquisitions division. The role saw him sourcing broad acre land development sites and providing government advisory services to strategic Government urban infill projects.
Erwin has specialised in the acquisition and sale of large scale development sites for the last 6 years, with indepth knowledge of the land development market and it's fundamentals.
Property consultancy services on major transformational redevelopment projects such as Max Light Rail. Cockburn Central West, Gosnells Town Centre and Ascot Kilns redevelopment.
Detailed due diligence, project feasibility, business case collation and negotiations on proposed acquisitions up to $50 million in acquisition value.
Successful negotiation and acquisition of 30 hectare redevelopment site at Cockburn Central West, new home of the Fremantle Dockers.
Negotiated and coordinated MOU and Heads of Agreement between LandCorp, Swan Districts Football Club and Town of Bassendean for the redevelopment of Bassendean Oval.
Previous consultancy experience on major Government inner urban redevelopment projects inclusive of Perth Waterfront, Riverside Precinct and Bentley Tech Park Precinct.
Successful disposal of 3.5 hectares of land for the Housing Authority for $12.8 million in Dianella.
