With a Degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia, I have put my various skills to good use in the commercial property and tourism industries at various times.
Having lived and worked in Western Australia for my whole life, I have a strong network of contacts throughout the State, and have an excellent working knowledge of what makes WA tick.
I have had two successful real estate careers, punctuated by an 8 year period running my own tourism businesses in Perth and Margaret River.
During 8 years with Colliers International in Perth, I have worked largely within the Industrial Agency division, successfully negotiating a range of sales and leasing deals across Perth, but focusing particularly in the southern industrial corridor from Fremantle to Kwinana.
A particular success has been the sale of over 85 industrial lots within the Phoenix Business Park in Bibra Lake, for a combined price of over $90 million.
Most recently, I have negotiated the sale of the Milnes Feed site in Welshpool to Charter Hall for a price of $17 million.
