After graduating from The Southport School, I enrolled at Bond University to study Property Development, which led to complimenting this by working as an Industrial Executive at Colliers International on the Gold Coast. With my now 3 + years in the industrial real estate sector, I am versatile, reliable and efficient.
My proven skills in negotiating, client reporting and product knowledge, has seen me regularly work with Receivers & Managers, State Government, Franchisees and private clients.
In a short time frame of being in the industry, I have already sold over $25 million of industrial assets ranging from: strata units, freestanding buildings and vacant land sites, multi-tenanted and single-tenanted investments. On top of this, I have negotiated more than $3 million worth of leases.
This success has stemmed from tailored, cost-effective marketing campaigns, delivering premium results and meeting client's obligations and goals. On behalf of PPB Advisory, we sold 6 Villiers Drive, Currumbin Waters for $50,000 above the reserve price and on behalf of Glenn Campbell, we sold 10 Leda Drive, Burleigh Heads for $170,000 above the reserve price.
