I am Head of Investment Services, Australia and work in a transactional based management role. Working with our national platform, I drive the three key pillars of the team to achieve success. I work closely with inbound capital, specialising with new market entrants and have been instrumental in mobilising the international Colliers offices to develop a collaborative inbound capital strategy.
My role encompasses leading the national Auction, Asia Markets and Restructuring Property Services strategies.
The successful implementation of a national auction strategy has seen hundreds of auctions held across Australia resulting in strong results for our vendors.
Our award winning Asia Markets team collaborates across borders, bringing a multitude of offshore and onshore buyers to increase competition and maximise sales price.
I also worked to ensure the Restructuring Property Services strategy was expanded to all major cities and offer a full service for our clients.

Introducing the Australian Investment Showcase, a collaborative inbound capital strategy to sell Australian property in Asia with more than $1.95billion of property sold so far, including: 88 Christie Street, St Leonards ($300m), Soul Shopping Centre, Gold Coast ($90m), CSIRO, North Ryde ($170m), 35 Clarence Street, Sydney ($137.1m), 87 Marsden St, Parramatta ($33,15m), 187 Todd Road, Port Melbourne ($26.25m) and Edgeworth Shopping Centre ($22.2m).
Championing the Restructuring Property Services strategy, surpassing $1bn in sales over the preceding five years of the strategy and over 800 attendees attending the breakfast tutorials nationally.
