Professional Summary

I have worked in the real estate industry for more than 30 years with an intricate knowledge of leasing and real estate management across both commercial and residential. During this time I have expanded my scope to incorporate client management, business development, and leadership within the organisations I've worked for. I also have the knowledge and reach to provide services to our national clients through the Colliers International network.


I commenced with Colliers International as a National Director in the Client Engagement Team in 2011 and have held a number of senior roles.

I have recently been appointed to Chief Operating Officer and will work across the business as a trusted advisor to deliver the tools and platform to accelerate the success of our people and our clients. I am responsible for all operational aspects of the business to ensure Colliers International are providing the best systems and platforms and delivery to our clients.

In 2015, I was appointed as National Director - Head of Operations Real Estate Management to drive the commercial operations of our Real Estate Management (REM) business. This role is designed to drive increased performance and efficiency within the portfolio by delivering the client, people, brand and platform strategies within the REM business.

In 2014, I was appointed as National Contract Manager for Colliers’ Commonwealth Bank account, demonstrating the new direction of our service delivery within a 15-year partnership. When the Bank determined that a new set of skills were required for the Contract Manager role, I worked quickly to implement changes with minimal disruptions to service. Managing an entire portfolio nationally with a dedicated and centralised team, I was the single point of contact and accountability to the Bank, ensuring centralised, cohesive, responsive, timely and accurate service delivery.

​In January 2012, in addition to the Client Engagement Team role, I was appointed as the Director in Charge of the Sydney North Office which comprises 50 employees across a multitude of service lines.

My other accomplishments include being awarded the H.A.O. Gorman Award, the States outstanding employee award for excellence while I was at Knight Frank. I was also appointed as the Licensee of Knight Franks North Sydney office in 2003.
