Professional Summary

The conventional concept of workplace continues to erode. Shifting demographics, enabling technologies and advent of new occupations are but some of the dynamic and evolutionary changes occurring. How can organisations keep up in the face of such aggressive change?

The workplace is a business accelerator. It is the physical insight into an organisation’s ability to strategically innovate and positively leverage change. Is the workplace physically and financially futureproof? Does it represent the organisation’s DNA, culture and values? Is space being used efficiently and effectively? Do staff innovate and collaborate? Does the organisation attract and retain talent?

Work and the workplace is more than just bricks, it is a combination of bricks, behaviour, branding and bytes. Work and the workplace is now a collection of productive, immersive and engaging experiences that integrate people, place and technology.

I am an experienced workplace strategist and architect with a broad range of international experience, with projects completed in Australia, France and Germany. This allows me to act as a strategic advisor, educator and instigator, composing inspiring and practical strategies and workplaces that enable an organisation’s vision and objectives. This includes increasing space efficiency, increasing revenue, reducing occupancy costs, attracting and retaining talent, improving staff engagement, productivity and wellbeing, as well as transforming culture through change management.

I have provided workplace consultancy and strategies for a range of corporate, government and institutional clients, including Transport for NSW, McDonald’s, TNT, University of Wollongong and Coca-Cola Amatil.
