In just over 12 months with Colliers International, Trenton was awarded 2016 Rookie of the Year in Queensland after outstanding results he achieved for several clients.
In 2016, Trenton transacted several deals across the state, including Yalli west of Wyandra and Mount Alfred via Cunnamulla with combined area of 190,000 acres. He achieved $3.75 million for Yarra on the Fitzroy River Rockhampton and $8 million for Dooloogarah at Injune.
Trenton provided expert advice to both vendor and buyer of Bucca via Bundaberg, a cane farm of 123 hectares that will be converted to Macadamia trees.
After a Maranoa record price of $985/acre was achieved for Bracco via Roma, Trenton has cemented himself in the Rural & Agribusiness market in Queensland as a knowledgeable and reliable professional who is respected by his clients and other operators in the industry.
Prior to starting work with Colliers in 2015, Trenton's career featured involvement in the significant change from traditional tillage to zero tillage farming practices throughout Queensland in the 1990s. As an agronomist, herbicide company representative and farmer this has been a highlight for all in the grains industry.
Trenton also founded Gofarm, a Rural Merchandise business which he ran successfully for 18 years. He managed a small regional-based business which exposed him to the seasonal impacts of droughts, floods, low commodity prices which has been excellent experience, and has enriched the value he brings to his clients in the Real Estate sector.
